EXCHANGE POLICY


Exchanges If the purchased product is with technical or manufacturing defect , to request the exchange is necessary to have both the product and its respective invoice . Our trade policy does not cover defects arising from misuse of the product, as well as accidental or caused damage evidence . You must contact us and return the product within 30 days after receipt for it to be analyzed. Within 30 days we present the diagnosis and make the exchange or part refund of the amount .
